1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bizdiler.com — the brand verification and licensing platform operated by BizDiler ("BizDiler", "we", "us"). By registering a company, signing in, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the company you register. The platform is intended for business (B2B) use only.

2. The service

BizDiler provides a verified brand presence: we review companies through a Know-Your-Business (KYB) process and issue licensed brands a digital Brand Passport — a certificate with a QR code that anyone can scan to confirm the company is real, checked and currently licensed. The platform also includes a company workspace: license management, a distributor network with invitations and monitoring, and a support chat with our team.

3. Registration and your account

You must provide accurate, current and complete information (company name, email, country, address) and keep it up to date in your workspace settings.
Your email address is verified with a one-time code during registration.
Every application is reviewed by our verification team. We may accept or decline an application at our discretion; the result is sent to your email. On approval you receive sign-in credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. KYB verification

We check registered companies against official and publicly available sources. Verification is a due-diligence measure: it confirms that a company existed and matched its declared details at the time of review. It is not an endorsement, a credit rating, or a guarantee of the company's future conduct, solvency or performance. We may re-verify a company at any time and may suspend or revoke verification if the details no longer hold.

5. Licenses, free trial and payments

The license fee is $100 per month. A license can be purchased for 1–12 months at a time from your workspace.
A free 30-day trial is available once per company. During a trial some features are limited (for example, the number of distributor invitations) and the trial is not announced publicly.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Payments are confirmed by our team (usually within one business day), after which the license is activated and the Brand Passport issued.
Licenses do not renew automatically. When a license expires, the Brand Passport stops verifying and the company no longer appears as licensed in the public checker.
Except where required by law, license fees are non-refundable once the license has been activated.

6. Brand Passport and public verification

The Brand Passport contains your company name, country, address, contact details, logo and license details, together with a verification QR code. By activating a license you authorise us to include this information in the passport and to confirm the license status to anyone who checks it.
QR verification links stay valid while your license is active; the public license checker on this site confirms only whether a valid license exists — it does not disclose company data.
License activations — both trial and paid — are announced in the official BizDiler Telegram channel: company name, License ID, brand logo and a link to your public profile page.
You may share your Brand Passport freely, but you must not alter it, forge it, or present an expired passport as valid.

7. Distributor network

From your workspace you may invite verified distributors (registered on bizdiler.uz) to represent your brand. A distributor is free to accept or decline an invitation, and either side may end the relationship. Monitoring data about your accepted distributors' network is provided for information only; BizDiler is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, any commercial agreement between a brand and a distributor.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

provide false or misleading information, or impersonate another company or person;
forge, alter or misrepresent a Brand Passport, License ID or verification result;
abuse the public checker, the captcha, the API or any other part of the platform (including scraping, automated bulk queries, or attempts to bypass security measures);
interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the materials you upload (such as your company logo). By uploading them you grant BizDiler a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform, on your Brand Passport and in license announcements, for as long as your account exists. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload.

The platform itself — including its design, software, the BizDiler name and logo, and the Brand Passport format — is the property of BizDiler and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or archive an account, or revoke a license, if these Terms are violated, if verification fails on re-check, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will state the reason.
You may delete your account at any time from your workspace settings (confirmed by a one-time email code). Deleting the account ends your license without a refund of any remaining period.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we verify companies with care, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranty about the conduct of any verified company or distributor. Business decisions you make based on a verification result remain your own responsibility.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizDiler is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from the use of (or inability to use) the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the license fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
