1. Who we are
This policy explains how BizDiler ("we", "us") handles data on bizdiler.com — the brand verification and licensing platform. The platform is intended for business (B2B) use: the data we process is primarily company data, together with the contact details of the people who represent a company. Contact: admin@bizdiler.com.
2. What we collect
- Registration data — company name, business email, country and address, verified with a one-time email code.
- Profile data you add in your workspace — phone number, website URL, company logo (PNG) and bank account details (account number, SWIFT, currency).
- License and payment records — license periods, deposits and their status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Communications — messages you exchange with our team in the support chat, and emails related to your account.
- Technical data — IP address, browser (user-agent), sign-in and session records, and audit logs of actions performed in the workspace. These are kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
- to run the KYB verification of your company and decide on your application;
- to operate your account: licensing, the Brand Passport, distributor invitations and monitoring, support chat;
- to send transactional emails — verification codes, application results, sign-in security alerts and license notices (we do not send marketing emails);
- to keep the platform secure: fraud prevention, abuse detection, audit trails.
4. What becomes public with a license
The purpose of the platform is public verifiability, so some data is disclosed by design once you activate a license:
- your Brand Passport contains the company name, country, address, contact details, logo and license details — anyone you share it with (or who scans its QR code) can see it;
- the public license checker on this site confirms only whether a valid license exists — it does not reveal company details;
- activations of paid licenses are announced in the official BizDiler Telegram channel (company name, License ID and logo). Trial licenses are never announced.
5. Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing (your payment is handled on Stripe's pages under Stripe's privacy policy).
- Distributors you invite — they see your brand name and the invitation you send; accepted distributors appear in your workspace.
- Service infrastructure — our own mail server sends transactional email; the public pages load fonts and styles from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: session cookies that keep you signed in and a session cookie that protects the captcha on public forms. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Security records (sign-in sessions, audit and error logs) are retained for platform security. When you delete your account, its data is removed from the active platform; residual records may be kept where we are legally required to keep them or where they are needed to resolve disputes.
8. Security
Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes; verification links and QR codes are signed and short-lived; access to company data is restricted to the verification team. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you at your account email.
9. Your rights and choices
- you can view and correct your company profile in the workspace Settings;
- you can change your password at any time;
- you can delete your account from Settings (confirmed by a one-time email code);
- for anything else — access, correction or deletion requests — email admin@bizdiler.com.
10. Children
The platform is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
